Running a start-up and need a business address without renting an office? Use our Anglo House address for your Registered Office and Postal Address,. We collect any post on a daily basis and put letters up to A4 size in one of our locked post boxes ready for you to collect any time you wish – access 24/7.

What types of offices are there at Anglo House?
For private offices we offer a variety of sizes and layouts most featuring the original tall cast iron windows which provide a light airy environment. Additionally we are working on our new “Open Office” co-working space – due to be ready mid 2026
What facilities do private offices provide?
Each floor has both Male and Female toilets and a shared kitchen.

Can I personalise my private office?
Yes….we provide a freshly decorated, white walled office. You are free to personalise your space; however it must be returned in the same condition as it was provided to you.
What is the minimum contract period in a private office?
Our standard agreement terms are minimum of 12 months. However, for our smaller offices we offer terms from as little as three month (subject to availability).
Can I rent a one-person private office?
Yes – we have several small private offices that are suitable for individuals – for less than £50 per week.
What hours are the offices available?
All of our offices are accessible 24/7 as is our car parking.
How much does one of your offices cost?
Our offices are mostly based on a per sqft basis, with a desk space generally working out at around £100+vat per month.
Are there any legal costs?
All of our office spaces are run on a simple licence agreement rather than a more costly lease, so there are no legal cost involved in signing up for your new office or when you choose to leave.
What about office furniture and equipment?
Although we do have tenants who leave desk, chairs etc, generally we do not provide office furniture.
Are there any additional services charges?
No!
Other than metered electric in our larger offices there are no additional costs.
Electricity – Our smaller spaces include any electricity used with the larger spaces being metered and charged at the same unit rate we buy it in at.
Cleaning, Water and General Maintenance costs are all covered by us.
Where do I and my customer park?
We have ample onsite parking which is controlled by a third-party parking company. This parking is free to use for both employees and customers.
Do I have to pay rates?
Yes & No! Almost all of the individual offices at Anglo House are eligible for rate free status under current Small Business Rates Relief Scheme. So as long as your office at Anglo House is the only space you or your company rent then your office should be rates free.
What if I need more space?
Due to the variety of office spaces we have, we will work with you to find a larger office or additional space if we have it available.
What happens if I no longer need an office?
After the initial agreement period you move onto a ‘rolling one month contract’ – so just 30 days’ notice is required.
What do I do about telephones and internet?
We do not provide phone services, these are the responsibility of the tenant. Obviously, we assist you in getting connected, this normally takes only a week of two at most. Some of smaller offices do have access to internet connection.
Do I have to pay a deposit?
Yes, we ask for a two-month returnable deposit. On moving in we also require a month’s rent ‘up-front’.
